Office-based procedures or surgery may be considered when symptoms persist or hemorrhoidal disease is more advanced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Laser hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP)<\/strong> is a minimally invasive technique used in selected patients with internal hemorrhoidal disease. Laser energy is delivered through a fiber into the hemorrhoidal tissue with the aim of reducing its volume rather than excising it conventionally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Available evidence suggests that LHP may offer reduced postoperative pain and relatively rapid recovery in appropriately selected patients. However, outcomes depend on hemorrhoid grade, anatomy, technique, and individual clinical factors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Laser treatment is <strong>not appropriate for every form of hemorrhoidal disease<\/strong>, and the use of a laser does not eliminate the possibility of complications or recurrence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Importantly, rectal bleeding should not automatically be attributed to hemorrhoids.
